About the Client

The client is an India-based commercial EV financing startup that helps commercial vehicle operators make the switch to EVs. The client specifically required a high performing team who could work in a fast-paced environment and have the expertise and confidence to develop and execute the company’s mission to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India.

• Since the electric vehicle space is evolving at an exponential pace and the candidate market is being more competitive than ever, the client was facing challenges in recruiting top talent for multiple positions who possesses the right combination of skills, experience, and cultural fit to lead the organization to the next level.
