The client is an online tutoring company with operations in six countries and had funding of more than $100 million. The client had aggressive plans for product launches and expansion in India for which the COO of the company needed to build a solid team by bringing in the top talent in Tech, content creation, distribution, marketing, and customer support.
The Challenge
- Since education is an established sector, attracting the right people to meet the objectives of an aggressive start-up is challenging.
- As the company was continuing to expand its team in India, the client wanted to close critical profiles within 2 weeks and onboard them within a month.
